- Please withdraw from previous school.
- Fill out Registration/Enrollment Forms
- Bring Proof of Residency
- ID proving you are the parent or legal guardian
- Provide copies of any legal documents necessary (court orders, guardianship, custody, etc)
- Birth Certificate
- Immunization Record
Transcript Requests
You may stop by the counseling office in person, call Mrs. Roy, print, fill out, scan, and email the order form to Mrs. Roy to order a transcript. We are very flexible with how we take your order for a transcript. If you have any questions, please contact Mrs.Roy, the Registrar, in the counseling office. Thank you.
